We handle all your insurance credentialing and billing so you can focus entirely on clinical work. We are looking for dedicated clinicians to fit into our small, supportive, and tight-knit group culture. Benefits & Perks: Guaranteed Biweekly Pay: Fully licensed clinicians earn 60% per session and provisionally licensed clinicians earn 55% per session when seeing at least 21 clients per week. Get paid biweekly for completed sessions regardless of insurance reimbursement status. Schedule Flexibility: Create your own schedule (mix of days/evenings) with full autonomy over your caseload. Hybrid Flexibility: Work from home via telehealth or from our beautiful, fully furnished office spaces. Financial Security: 401(k) plan, direct deposit, and short-term disability options. Job Requirements: Licensure: Active Maryland LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C (Required). In-Person Availability: Minimum of 2 days per week at our Towson or Bel Air, MD office. Caseload: Ability to maintain 21+ clients per week. Preferred Specializations (A Plus): Trauma (EMDR/Brainspotting/TF-CBT) Children & Adolescents Perinatal Mental Health Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
