Hybrid Clinical Social Work Associate part/full time

Job Description

Hybrid in person and remote clinical therapy performed Thursday/Friday in Salem, Oregon, and up to two more days remote from your location. Provide high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based psychotherapy to clients as scheduled in individual and family therapy settings. Conduct thorough mental health assessments and supportive psychotherapy. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans addressing mental health issues aligned with clients' goals and objectives. Provide crisis management, including crisis intervention and trauma-informed care when necessary, to ensure client safety and stabilization. Complete clinical assessments and documentation as necessary, including but not limited to treatment plan updates, assessments, psychotherapy progress notes, etc. Responsible for scheduling individual appointments as directed by management. Maintain good standing with the appropriate board and insurance entities. Complete all recommended continuing education requirements. Adhere to organizational policies, confidentiality laws, professional codes of ethics, and relevant regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Demonstrate understanding of ethical standards, clients’ rights and responsibilities and professional boundaries. Attend and participate in all staff and other departmental meetings as needed. Secure client information per HIPAA standards.
