POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking Maryland-licensed mental health professionals, including LGPCs, LCPCs, LMSWs, and LCSW-Cs, to join our growing team. This position is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about providing individualized, high-quality care within a supportive and collaborative private-practice setting. We welcome clinicians with a variety of specialties and populations of interest. Due to a strong need within our community, experience or interest in working with children ages 7 and older and their families is especially valued. RESPONSIBILITIES Clinicians will provide individual psychotherapy to an agreed-upon client population, which may include children, adolescents, and adults. Responsibilities also include completing accurate and timely clinical documentation, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing interventions aligned with each client’s needs and goals. Clinicians are expected to collaborate with supervisors and colleagues for consultation and case support, participate in team meetings and professional-development opportunities, and contribute to a respectful, compassionate, and collaborative practice culture. QUALIFICATIONS Applicants must hold an active Maryland license as an LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical, client-centered, and trauma-informed care, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A commitment to collaboration and continued professional growth is essential. Experience or interest in working with children ages 7 and older is highly preferred. Availability to provide in-person services at our Westminster office is required. COMPENSATION AND CASELOAD This is a W-2 position paying $50–$60 per completed billable clinical session, based on licensure and experience. Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain approximately 25 completed billable sessions per week, with the opportunity to build beyond 25 sessions if desired. Clinicians have flexibility in shaping their schedules around practice and client needs. WHAT WE OFFER Elysian Therapeutics provides paid clinical supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians, ongoing peer consultation, clinical support, and assistance with continuing education and professional development. Clinicians also receive administrative and billing support, paid marketing through multiple referral sources, assistance with building and maintaining a caseload, flexible scheduling, and professional autonomy.
