Justin Kuhn

I have worked as a clinical lead supervisor in the behavioral health department of a large hospital network in Columbus, OH, for the past several years. I also have experience providing private supervision outside of my primary job. I use a developmental approach in my supervision which allows me to meet clinicians where they are while also promoting growth. I focus on maintaining what I've been told is a supportive, collaborative, and empowering style.
