I provide supportive, relationship-based supervision for Residents in Counseling, school counselors pursuing LPC licensure, early-career clinicians, and clinicians interested in private practice. With more than 15 years of clinical experience, I understand that becoming a confident clinician involves much more than accumulating hours and meeting licensure requirements. My goal is to create a supervision space where you feel comfortable asking questions, discussing uncertainty, thinking critically, and developing a clinical style that feels authentic to you. Supervision may include case conceptualization, clinical interventions, ethical decision-making, professional boundaries, documentation, counselor wellness, and preparation for independent practice. As a private-practice owner, I also enjoy helping clinicians explore the practical side of building a sustainable career, including identifying a niche, managing a caseload, navigating systems, and establishing healthy professional boundaries. My areas of clinical expertise include women’s mental health, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, infertility, pregnancy loss, perinatal mental health, postpartum concerns, and major life transitions. My supervision style is collaborative, compassionate, and direct when needed. I believe supervisees grow best when they feel supported enough to be honest, challenged enough to keep developing, and trusted enough to find their own voice as clinicians.
