I’m a licensed clinical social worker and experienced clinical supervisor with more than 10 years of experience across mental health, social services, clinical leadership, and behavioral health operations. I approach supervision as a collaborative space for developing clinical judgment, confidence, professional identity, and the skills needed to practice ethically and sustainably. My supervision style is direct, supportive, and conversational. I help supervisees strengthen case conceptualization, documentation, treatment planning, clinical decision-making, and therapeutic skills while encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and self-reflection. I also bring experience in trauma-informed care, EMDR, Brainspotting, and anxiety treatment. I believe good supervision should do more than prepare you for a license. It should help you develop your own clinical voice, recognize your strengths, navigate complexity, and become the kind of clinician you want to be.
