The Clinician Network is inviting five behavioral-health organizations and group practices to pilot TCN Workforce—a centralized system designed to help organize workforce credentials, expiration dates, required trainings, onboarding records, and clinical supervision.
Pilot organizations will actively test the system using their own organizational workflow and help us identify what would make it most useful in real-world practice.
We're looking to pilot TCN Workforce with five approved practices or behavioral health organizations. The initial group is being kept intentionally small so that participant feedback can meaningfully shape the platform's development.
In return, we're looking for organizations willing to actively use the platform, test its workflows, and provide feedback about what's working, what's missing, and what would make TCN Workforce more valuable to their organization.
The TCN Workforce Approach
TCN Workforce is being built for organizations that employ or develop behavioral health professionals, including:
TCN Workforce brings together the tools behavioral health organizations need to train, supervise, onboard, track, and develop their clinical teams — all from a single workspace.
Manage employees, supervisors, roles, departments, and organizational activity from one centralized workspace.
Assign, manage, and track live and asynchronous training—including your organization's own trainings and trainings from the TCN Training Hub.
Assign supervisors, manage individual and group supervision, track supervision activity, and keep clinical development organized.
Track clinical hours, supervision requirements, and progress toward professional licensure.
Centralize onboarding requirements, credentials, documents, required training, and professional compliance.
See training completion, supervision, clinical hours, credentials, and workforce development in one place.
Managing clinical supervision involves more than matching supervisors with developing clinicians. Organizations must also maintain clear records, monitor requirements, support professional development, and ensure that important deadlines do not fall through the cracks. TCN Workforce brings these responsibilities into one centralized system.
Clinical supervision carries important professional, ethical, and organizational responsibilities. TCN Workforce helps organizations maintain clearer records of supervision assignments, completed sessions, accumulated hours, uploaded documents, approvals, and other supervision-related activity.
While no technology can eliminate liability, organized and accessible documentation can help an organization demonstrate that appropriate oversight processes were established and followed. It may also make it easier to identify missing information or unresolved concerns before they become larger problems.
Organizations can monitor each clinician's progress toward required supervision and clinical experience hours. This provides administrators and supervisors with better visibility into completed hours, outstanding requirements, rejected entries, and documentation that may need attention.
Because licensure rules vary by state and profession, clinicians and organizations remain responsible for verifying requirements with the appropriate licensing board. TCN Workforce provides the structure needed to organize and monitor that information more effectively.
Assign internal or TCN-hosted trainings, track completion, maintain certificates, and monitor continuing education progress from one location. Organizations can use this information to support license renewal, credentialing, onboarding, annual training requirements, and professional development goals.
TCN Workforce can help establish a more consistent supervision process across programs, departments, and locations. Organizations can create clearer expectations for documentation, recordkeeping, training completion, and supervisor oversight—even when multiple supervisors are involved.
A centralized dashboard gives organizational leaders a clearer view of supervision activity, clinician progress, training completion, and documentation status. This can reduce time spent gathering updates from separate spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected systems.
New clinicians can be connected with supervisors, assigned required trainings, and introduced to organizational expectations through a more organized onboarding process. Over time, this information can also help organizations recognize development needs, prepare clinicians for greater responsibility, and strengthen retention.
Supervision records, training information, certificates, documents, and progress data can be maintained within one coordinated platform. This makes information easier to locate during internal reviews, credentialing processes, licensing preparation, and other authorized organizational reviews.
TCN Workforce helps group practices, community mental health organizations, and behavioral health organizations build a more organized, transparent, and scalable approach to clinical supervision and workforce development.
TCN Workforce brings the clinical and professional side of workforce management together in one place.
